Workplace Investigations
Our primary focus is workplace investigations. We work with employers or their counsel to identify the scope of each investigation so it covers all relevant issues, and to create a focused investigation plan that is efficient, cost-effective and tailored to those issues. Our unbiased investigation techniques allow us to gather detailed facts through witness interviews and document acquisition and review. We work quickly, efficiently and discreetly to minimize workplace disruption. Our in-depth knowledge of employment law guides us to analyze the evidence and to reach clear, reasoned decisions. When requested, we produce investigation reports that are organized, thorough and impartial.

Investigation Consulting
Our decades of employment counseling and litigation experience informs our advice to clients about whether to pursue an investigation. We advise clients on interim measures to preserve evidence and to avoid possible claims of retaliation. We help clients develop an internal investigation plan that complies with federal, state and local laws as well as internal company processes and procedures.
Investigation Training
We offer one-on-one coaching and group training, ranging from an hourlong seminar to a daylong training course. Our training process is interactive and hands-on. Our training is fully customizable, and we’re sensitive to industry specifications and each client’s unique workplace culture. We incorporate the client’s policies and procedures into our training.


Courtroom Testimony
The investigator is a critical witness in many lawsuits involving workplace claims. An investigator ‘s testimony may be crucial to establish an affirmative defense that the employer took prompt and reasonable steps in response to an employee’s complaint of workplace discrimination or harassment.
