Vicki Sproat, Esq., is the founding partner of Sproat Workplace Investigations. She spent 38 years at the Fort Myers, Florida-based law firm of Henderson, Franklin Starnes & Holt, P.A. as a trial attorney and employment law counselor. As a part of her practice, she conducted many sensitive and complex investigations for both public and private employers. She is one of a small number of Florida lawyers to achieve dual Board certification by the Florida Bar (Civil Trial Law since 1991 and Labor and Employment from 2012-2017). She recently achieved the distinction of Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH) after completing a series of assessments at the organization’s training institute in Santa Barbara, California, signifying that she has achieved the core knowledge and skills necessary to successfully perform impartial workplace investigations.
